The battle for Twitter & Echo's Web 2.0 White Paper

Authenticity is called into question as advertisers muscle in on Twitter, while PR is slow to respond to the opportunities of new social media, according to Echo's latest research timed to coincide with the launch of its practical measurement White Paper: Web 2.0 : Protectecting Brands and Reputations Online on making sense of an area where "there is often more heat than light."
